New Free ABC Lowercase Tracing Pages with Playdough Mats!
The next set of the ABC Tracing with Playdough Mats is out! This time we have the lowercase letters. This is just like the uppercase playdough mats that I know my girls have just been loving! This is a fun way to explore your ABCs and have a little fun.
I originally rushed through and finish the uppercase playdough mats because that is what we were working on. I had not finished the lowercase but I got to it over the last few days. These are fun because they are just like the uppercase and you have different elements you can work on for each letter. You also have the same two types that will work for different needs for kids.
This first one is a big letter to show you how to make the letter and dotted letter to trace. You can also use that big letter for a playdough mat or just for a big letter for tracing.
This second set of pages is all tracing like the big letter at the top. This gives them guides to help them trace the letter. This is good for those that need a little extra help.
These pages would also work well in sheet protectors so they can be use over and over. I love having them so that we can use it several times. I also made this set to match the uppercase and don’t have an alphabet picture in them for the beginning sound. This is so those that don’t speak English can use them as well.

I love the idea of using playdough to help shape the letter. I feel like little hands could do that a little easier… Maybe?? I’m gonna try it out! On our next round through the ABC’s.
These are awesome. I am always looking for more ways to get my LO to practice handwriting and playdoh is always a great incentive.
What a great idea, Cassie! These are great for working on motor skills at home as well as in the first few weeks of Kindergarten. Thanks for sharing!!
Love these! Can’t wait to try them with my 4 year old.
Any excuse to use playdough with little ones is always a bonus in my opinion! You always come up with the best ideas Cassie. Love this!
I have a Play Doh fanatic who would love these. 🙂
Thank you—they will REALLY like these!! 🙂
