This is a great pack for fall. It has so many fun themes like scarecrows, pumpkins, apples and leaves. All with a mix of activities to cover a wide range of skills.
I love when themed packs match up to books. This pack goes with the There was an Old Lady book series. We loves these books. We use this pack with There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves!.
These Fall printables are to be used with children from 2 to 8. These printables were made to go with the books: There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves! and The Apple Pie Tree
.
The pack contains a new of hands-on learning and no-prep printables that work for various ages. You have Tot, Preschool, PreK, Kindergarten and First Grade activities in the set. This also works great for kids at different levels of learning.
Items to use with the Fall Pack and Fall Tot Pack
One of the questions I get asked most often is what do I need to have to use with this pack. And here is a great list of items you will need. Each of these items make preparing and using the the pack easier. Plus as you go through the post you can see some of the ways these items are used.
- printer
- copy paper
- pencil
- There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves!
- laminator
- sheet protectors
- crayons
- clear glass gems
- clothespins
- white cardstock
- glue
- markers
- scissors
- acrylic leaves
- pocket chart
- lacing letters
- abc stamps
How to use a few of the pages from the Fall Pack
There are loads of pages in this pack and I wanted to highlight a few of the pages in it and show some ways to use them. You can find these pages in the full description of the pack further down the page.
Most of my themed packs have prewriting pages in them. They vary from 1 to 2 pages. Here is an example of one of the prewriting pages. We like to use colors of the season for tracing them.

There are several puzzles in the pack. You have 4 pieces puzzles which you can see an example of below. As well as 10 piece puzzles. The Tot Pack has 2 piece puzzles for smaller kids to use. I recommend printing the puzzles on white cardstock and laminating
to help them last longer.

One fun printable in this set is a leaf path or maze. Kids can have a fun time following the leaves. We use clear glass gems on these types of pages so we can reuse them.

There are several types of math and counting mats in the set. You can see how to use the counting mat below. The pack comes with leaves you can print out but we like using the acrylic leaves on the mats.

The pack has several writing, tracing and spelling pages. One fun page is the unscramble the word. You can use abc stamps, writing the letters or use lacing letters
like we did before to make the page reuseable.

One of the pages from the Tot Pack make a cute color learning book. You have an option of apples or leaves for this. You can see the leaf book below.

These are just a few of the 170+ pages in the pack and tot pack. I hope that you enjoy using them as much as we did.
