History has always been ones of those things that I have loved to have activities for. I know that what we teach can vary. One pack I have always wanted to make but it seems that the day and time of year got by me.
So this year I took the time to make a fun mini Pack for Black History Month. It is not huge but just something small that kids can use.
The mini Black History pack has over 30 pages of activities. A lot of these activities are around writing. We can learn so much by just doing research and learning about the people.
Here are some of the books we will be using with this set: Little Leaders: Bold Women in Black History, I am Rosa Parks
and I am Martin Luther King, Jr.
.
I’m going to show you a few of the pages from the pack.
I have 6 people in the pack: Barack Obama, Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, Bessie Coleman, Lyda D Newman, and Harriet Tubman. There are 3 part cards to help you learn their names.

Then I have three simple printables for What is Different, What Comes Next and a prewriting page. These are some basic preschool pages that I have put in a lot of the packs.

Next, you will find Some pattern cards. These are made to be used to make ABC pattern cards. You can start a pattern and kids can finish them.

Last I wanted to show you one of the writing pages. The page has four bubbles that can be used for writing information about the person.

These above are not all the pages in the pack just a few of them! Be sure to check out all of the pages.
