Using Roll and Count Medieval Questions

The Medieval Pack had a lot of new math sheets added to it. I wanted to show you how to use one of them: Roll and Count Medieval Questions. The Roll and Count Medieval Questions is a fun way to do some math.

What you need for this activity: Medieval Pack Part 3 and Pencil.

Using Roll and Count Medieval Questions

To start you need to cut out and put the dice together. (Yes our dice has been used many times and is in need of taping.)

Then you start rolling the dice and mark the Roll and Count Sheet. You can use the 1 to 5 or the 1 to 10. it depends on the level of math you want to work on. You can put the sheet in a sheet protector to re use them over and over. Here are two different ways you can mark the sheets. (You can mark them anyway you want.)

    1. This is fun for them and me! My oldest does not struggle with it as much as other math! She enjoys the play rolling before. Plus you can do this over and over!

  1. I absolutely love your printable packs, not just because of the content (activities) the kids have to do, but because of all the themes! One pack can easily take two weeks to finish with some activities like the roll and count that can be done more than once, with different answers (so the boys think its new!) and it is revision as well. You take a theme and then start reading up on it, build a farm with blocks, plastic animals, etc. or their own Jurassic Park, while we do the Dinosaur theme.

Thank you so much for all the effort. I am making this our main resource now instead of the treat for every second weekend.

Oh, and we are in South Africa, so your pages are being used ‘internationally’.

  2. I LOVE your new roll and count questions that go with the Medieval Pack. My son loves doing the roll and counts and now this is a great way to sneak in math without him really realizing that he is doing math! I hate to ask you this because I know you spend a lot of time posting your ideas and packs, but I was wondering if you would consider making the roll and questions to go along with your other great packs? Thanks again for all your hard work. I can’t tell you how grateful I am of the time and effort you put into your ideas and site!

    1. I’m not sure I’ll put it into all the packs. It does take time to make. I’ll have to see this year as updates come along what I do. Everything changes as I go.
