Valentines Sensory Bin
Valentines is just around the corner and we have been enjoyed our Valentines Sensory Bin!
What you need: rice, cups, heart cookie cutters and heart buttons
Mary explored the different sizes of the hearts and put them in cups.
She poured in rice and buttons into our bin from standing.
She poured from cup to cup.
She filled in the cookie cutters. We looked at how many cup full(s) it took to fill the different sizes.
This was lot of fun to play in! Pouring from standing was one of Mary’s favorite parts of this activity.

Great bin! I can’t help but wonder how much rice you had to vaccuum up after the standing rice pouring…in my house, it’s been know to spread as far as the next room. Totally worth it to see them playing and exploring though!

We had fun picking up rice for fine motor. She loved it.
