<\/a>\n<\/div>\nFlowers are very much apart of spring. I picked a few of my favorites for this calendar. The pattern set I picked tulip and daffodil. They are some of the first flowers out during the spring. This calendar set goes well with the Flower Learning Pack<\/a>.<\/p>\n I have been saying you can use this more than just a calendar. I thought today I would show you how. I printed 6 pages per paper and cut them out. I gave them to my middle to sort even and odd. You can review what numbers are even: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and odd: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9.<\/p>\n You can have them put the cards in order from 1 to 31. They can also look at the pattern as they do the set. Each calendar has different patterns.<\/p>\n One final activity I thought I would show you is sorting the pattern flowers. Since each set uses a different pattern you can sort by the type. After you sort them look to see which has the bigger number.
