Dr. Seuss is a favorite at our house. My girls would let me read them all day long if we had nothing else to do. I love the books for many reasons. The rhyming words are great that you can work on. They repeat a lot of the words in the books. Plus it is a great way to work on new words as well. <\/p>\n

\n<\/a>\n<\/div>\n

We have some favorite books at our house by Dr Seuss! I think the books I have read the most are Green Eggs and Ham<\/a>\"\" and Wacky Wednesday <\/a>\"\". I love the repeating words in Green Eggs and Ham. Check out what we did with this Green Eggs and Ham Sensory Bin<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We have done several other fun activities as well. One of my girls favorites is always Dr Seuss’s ABCs Gross Motor<\/a>. I love that this activity can be done with the board book or the full length book.<\/p>\n

The three books for this month are: The Lorax<\/a>\"\", The Cat in the Hat<\/a>\"\" and One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish (I Can Read It All by Myself)<\/a>\"\".<\/p>\n

We have done two activities with the Lorax. There are so many ways you can do it! Check out the Torn Paper Truffula Trees<\/a> and the Yarn Truffula Trees<\/a>. So we might be leaning towards the other books to see what fun we will be doing.<\/p>\n
