<\/div>\nThe Printable Division Flashcards are a great addition to the division printables<\/a> and math flashcards<\/a> on the site!<\/p>\n Math division is a method of distributing a group of things into equal parts. You can take 12 and make it into four groups of three items.<\/p>\n So when you divide, you make equal parts of the same thing.<\/p>\n So when you have 25 \u00f7 5. You make five groups of 5 out of 25. It can be a tricky thing to teach.<\/p>\n The Division flashcards have division equations from 1 to 12. You have several colors of printables division flashcards to pick from The division flashcards come in white, red, green, blue, and pink.<\/p>\n You will see the division flash cards are written out like: 25 \u00f7 5. There are 8 division problems on each card.<\/p>\n These are great to work on division facts and you can print and use the numbers that you need. I can print the division flaschards in their favorite color or changes them up for the seasons.<\/p>\n You can see the fun division flashcards in yellow. I store them on a 1 inch ring<\/a>.<\/p>\n If you need answers for the division cards use the division bookmarks<\/a> to help with this.<\/p>\n You can also write the answers for the division cards on the back. It is great for kids to write their own answers on the back. It is a simple way to start out learning division facts.<\/p>\n You can also put any of the printable division flashcards on rings. It does make them super easy to store. This allows you to work on the division facts that you want to use.<\/p>\n If you are working on division by 2 you put all the division cards that has answers from 1 to 12. You might want the first 6 cards and then add the last 6 division flashcards. You can also add to the list as you go.<\/p>\n If you want to make a hands-on division activity to go with the flashcards you can use unifix cubes<\/a>. I grab a set of cubes that matches up to the biggest amount on the flashcards.<\/p>\n They grab unifix cubes<\/a> to make the number in the division equation. In this case, it is 33 cubes are needed for the division equation.<\/p>\n Then they make groups of three out of all the cubes. Then at the end, you can count the cubes and see how many groups they have made. You can see that we have 11 groups of 3. So the answer would be 11. And some kids need this type of hands-on learning with the division flashcards.<\/p>\n Another way to work on the finding groups with division with the 150 math fact charts for division and multiplication<\/a>. I love this sheet. You can pull out a division flashcard and write out the equations. Then you can make the groups of the numbers on the chart!
