Twice a year I do Parent Teacher Conference and I always wish I had made better notes of had something I could writing down to remember comments the teacher has made.<\/p>\n

This year I made this fun printable to help out with my notes and questions I have.<\/p>\n

These are pretty simple and straight forward. I did not want anything complicated at all. There is a space for a child’s name and date of the parent teacher conference.<\/p>\n

I have 4 areas that are covered. There is Reading, Writing, Math and Concerns & Other Notes. These help me cover areas that most often affect things we do at home as well. There is color and black and white for these options.<\/p>\n

There is also a black and white version that has note titles that you can fill in as you need. I often use this for my questions that I have for the teachers so I can fill it in.<\/p>\n

Something that I do often is I print the First color page and the blank options on the same page with the option of printing two pages on the same page with Adobe. This gives me my questions and the notes I take about what the teacher says on one paper.<\/p>\n

If you are not in school you can always use these for your own notes about how your child is doing in their subjects at home. This will allow you to reflect on how things are going.<\/p>\n
