There are so many different ways to explore CVC word family words. We have been doing many different types of activities with them. I really love finding new ways to explore the CVC word family words.<\/p>\n

My youngest is working on her words. She has been different than my older two girls. She likes to have different activities to work on the word families. She enjoys an activity that has many parts to her learning. It has challenged me to create new activities for her.<\/p>\n

These cards allow some writing and fine motor at the same time. I know that when I used those cards with my youngest she loved them. It was a great addition to our learning. <\/p>\n

Now we have these CVC Word Family Beginning Sound Cards that are just perfect for her learning style. She can do a clip card or circle the letter. Then she will write in the letter and trace the word family ending. <\/p>\n

I laminated<\/a>\"\" our copy of the cards. We used the ultra-fine tip dry erase markers<\/a>\"\". They make a really nice fine line and we have loved using them. She used the clothespins<\/a>\"\" for the clip on the first time and the second time she just circled the correct letter.<\/p>\n

Each of the cards has a picture of the word, letters to clip, and a write and trace section to make the word. They are fun and interactive. There are 4 cards on each page. <\/p>\n
