We really love using small books at our house. I have made several of them for my girls. The newest small books is one for skip counting. I’m always working on new ways to do our skip counting.<\/p>\n

There are great for kids and fun to use. They have color or fill in the books to make their own.<\/p>\n

What is Skip Counting?<\/h2>\n

Skip counting is working on adding the same number over and over. You have a pattern of adding or counting.<\/p>\n

So if you skip counting by 2s, you have a pattern like, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and so forth. These patterns can be repeated for many numbers.<\/p>\n

The most often used numbers are 2 through 12. And that is what these skip counting printables work on numbers 2 through 12 skip counting.<\/p>\n

Each of the skip counting books has 8 pages with 2 numbers on each page, with a front and back cover. There are two different types of the books. One book you color in the numbers, and then the second book you fill in the numbers.<\/p>\n

After the books are made they are a great way to review the numbers. They can read through their books when they want. My girls have been making them and have a box to put their finished books in. You can start them on the smaller numbers and work to the bigger numbers.<\/p>\n
