You can use any glue you think would work best for you kids. Kids are going to tear of strips and then make smaller pieces of that paper. You can let kids decide the size the flames will be.<\/p>\n<p>So a small amount of glue is okay. We found that we added more glue at times while we were placing the paper on it.
