After a HUGE amount of requests the next Dolch Sight Word Playdough Mats with Tracing. This time it is for the Dolch Second Grade Sight Words. We have really enjoyed this style of the playdough mats.<\/p>\n

These mats are great for putting sensory and writing together. I know a lot of kids learn great when they have several sets of all working skills together.<\/p>\n

The sight word mats are loads for kids and work great as a learning center.<\/p>\n

This is the fourth set of the Dolch Sight Words. Preprimer<\/a>, Primer<\/a>, and First Grade<\/a> have been out for a while. These have made learning our sight words fun and added a different element to our learning.<\/p>\n

I put the pages in sheet protectors<\/a>\"\" or I laminate<\/a>\"\" them. The sheet protectors allow me to put them in a 3 ring binder<\/a>\"\" to store. Plus you can reuse the sheets a lot. One time we do playdough and the next we might use watercolors to paint them. My girls also love to do a trace in the playdough area with different colors markers to make rainbow words.<\/p>\n

On each of the pages, there is a single word with a playdough version of the word and a line for tracing and writing.<\/p>\n
