\n<\/div>\nThe Washi Tape Moon Craft is a great addition to the moon crafts<\/a> and space crafts<\/a> on the site.<\/p>\n We love to have a book tie in with our crafts. Yes, my girls are older but we still do this. It helps them remember the book and why we are doing the craft. We read the book: The Moon Book by Gail Gibbons<\/a>. We took white paper and started to put washi tape on it. Everyone had their own ideas. What is what makes these crafts fun. There is no right or wrong way to make it! We had straight lights, mixed up everywhere and anything we could things of that would be fun.<\/p>\n After we had covered the whole circle we cut out them out. You could still see the pencil line through a lot of the washi tape.<\/p>\n After we finished the cutting we put glue on the back of the moon. You want a lot to make sure it sticks to the black glitter cardstock<\/a> After we placed our moon on the black glitter cardstock<\/a> One fun way to change up this activity would be to do the different phases of the moon!<\/p>\n Phases of the Moon Weekly Packs<\/a> has 6 grade level of packs with prek, kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade and fourth grade. You have fun phases of the moon sequencing and activities.<\/p>\n Sequencing: The Moon Landing<\/a> has the first moon landing in order of events. You have easy reader books, clip cards, order the moon phases and phases of the moon worksheets.<\/p>\n Going to the Moon Easy Reader Book<\/a> is a fun book about the Apollo 11 moon landing. It has the people that went, going to the moon and coming back to Earth.<\/p>\n Phases of the Moon Bookmarks with Journal<\/a> is a great way to learn the phases of the moon.
