I also love learning with different themes.<\/p>\n New Years is a great theme for time with kids. You have hours and counting down to midnight.<\/p>\n There are two sets of task cards and worksheets that match the cards. I love having different levels of learning with activities.<\/p>\n Each of the cards has a number on the top right side of the card. The numbers match up on the worksheet. So they can fill out the worksheet based on the numbers on the cards. <\/p>\n You are going to see a few ways to use the New Year telling time task cards.<\/p>\n I punch of hole in the left corner and put the cards on a ring. This allows them to flip through the cards. Plus it makes it easier to keep together for a learning math center.<\/p>\n The first set of task cards has just basic writing in the time. It gives you a time that will end in 00, 15, 30 or 45. This is to make it as easy for them to write in the time. This set is great late kindergarten and easy first grade. It all depends on the level of the child.<\/p>\n The second set of cards has word problems based on addition and subtraction. This allows them to add or subtract with time.
