We have always loved apples during this time. My girls love doing crafts and I love giving them something fun that might sneak in another skill they are needing.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s model magic apple trees are a great way to work on a fun craft and get some fine motor work in. Does not matter who old they are they can relearn something from the books. I pressed and twisted the roll around to make the circle. It gives a place for them to put the know where the paper roll should go. You don&#8217;t have to do this if you don&#8217;t want. They wanted to paint it so we did. It does have some fun texture to the roll. We put them aside to dry while we did the rest. You do this by pushing small amounts onto the ball and spreading it around with your fingers. We used our fingers to roll tiny little red balls. It was fun to see if they kept the balls circles or pushed them flat.
