It has the following blends: sk, sn, sl, sn, tr, sc, sl, sw, and gl.<\/p>\n The books are very simple and have the blend you are working on, a matching picture, and a simple sentence to read with the blend. It has some simple sight words: is, for.<\/p>\n These are just a few of the items we use with this simple easy reader book.<\/p>\n These easy reader books are meant to be something fun to have. They are a great way to change up how you are learning each season.<\/p>\n On each of the pages, you can color the blends on the left side and the matching picture. It gives you a visual of the blend you are working on.<\/p>\n They can also underline the blends in the sentence. This gives them another way to recognize the blend. Plus it also works great for scanning the words in the sentence.<\/p>\n You can also have them pull out the blends ladders and have them build the blend word on the ladder<\/a>. This will work on spelling as well as making a hands-on activity.
