We have always love dreidels as part of Hanukkah<\/a>. And I thought they would make a great theme for Hanukkah with a ten frame set. You can have fun spinning and counting with dreidels!<\/p>\n

What is a ten frame card?<\/h2>\n

They are cards that help kids visualize numbers and decompose numbers. You can see the numbers on the cards and matching pictures or cards without pictures to help them count up to that number. <\/p>\n

This is called subitizing. You see the card and figure out how many are on the card.<\/p>\n

These also work great to work in to adding to the number on the card and working on math skills to adding up to ten.<\/p>\n

There are two types of ten frame cards. There is a version with the dreidels filled in and the second is blank for kids to fill in.<\/p>\n
