If you purchase via the links we may earn a small commission<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n This bin is great for spring activities<\/a>, and St. Patrick’s Day activities<\/a>!<\/p>\n I love pairing up books with are different activities and A Rainbow of My Own<\/a> is a great book to go with this sensory bin. It is always fun to do a little reading.<\/p>\n The acrylic rocks come with some clear white and we took those out.<\/p>\n It is just fun to explore in these bins. The acrylic rocks make a sound as you explore through the sensory bin. You can hear them mix around with each other.<\/p>\n We also love to scoop up the water bead and pour them right back into the bin. This is great fun to feel the difference between the beads and the color rocks in the bin.<\/p>\n You can scoop with one hand and pour them so they hit the other hand on the way down. There is no wrong way to play in a sensory bin.<\/p>\n You can have fun search for just one color. They can find all of that color and hold them in the other hand or put the in a small bin outside of the sensory bin.<\/p>\n They can search for all the different colors in the sensory bin. It is loads of fun for kids to see how many different colors they have in the acrylic rocks.<\/p>\n You can even try and make a rainbow from the rocks in the sensory bin.
