You can talk about the colors, the order of the colors, and what things might be that color.<\/p>\n One rainbow book we love is What Makes a Rainbow? Magic Ribbon Book<\/a>. It has a fun way to build the rainbow as you read about the rainbow colors.<\/p>\n The Paper Roll Stamped Rainbow is a great craft for spring and St. Patrick’s day!<\/p>\n These are all the items we use to make the paper roll rainbow. You can find links on Amazon for all the items.<\/p>\n You are going to see the steps we used to make the paper roll rainbow<\/p>\n We used paper plates to put our paint on and had a few colors on each plate. We used a small amount of paint and spread it around with the paper roll.<\/p>\n Then we use the paper roll to stamp the rainbow. We started with the color red at the top. You can see that we each picked our own way to make the rainbow.<\/p>\n If you want you can draw a line to help guide kids, but even if the rainbow is not perfect it is still fun to just stamp with paints. Let them decide how their rainbow will be.<\/p>\n After you finish the red move on to the next color of the rainbow. And remember these colors can overlap or be on their own row. It is still fun to make.<\/p>\n Just keep adding more colors of the rainbow. And remember this does not have to be a perfect rainbow. If they don’t do the full rainbow that is okay!<\/p>\n You can also talk about the color of the rainbow as you make it.
