The Digraph I Spy Printable is a great addition to the digraph printables<\/a> on the site.<\/p>\n This is part of my subscriber library. You can subscribe to the newsletter<\/a> and get access to the password there. You will find it in the digraph section on the subscriber freebie page. <\/strong><\/p>\n A digraph is two letters together that make one sound. Digraphs can be made up of vowels or consonants.<\/p>\n Some examples of consonant digraphs would be ch-, -ch, -ck, gh, kn-, ph, qu-, sh-, -sh, th-, -th, wh-, and wr-.<\/p>\n This digraph I-spry printable works on beginning and ending digraphs. You have a set of beginning h digraphs ch, ph, sh, th, wh, digraphs qu, kn, wr, and ending digraphs th, ch, and sh. <\/p>\n Each page has a list of words nine words to find on the side and several pictures of the digraphs for them to find.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n We have included links to some of the products and resources we have used with this activity. Plus these are super fun in centers.<\/p>\n You can start by reviewing the digraphs sounds at the top of the I-spy. The digraph I spy has letters grouped.<\/p>\n Then you can review the words in the list together or separately. They are reviewing the digraph sounds by having them say the words.<\/p>\n You could also have them underline the digraph in the words.<\/p>\n You can just read the list and find and color the digraphs. You can see we color coded our coloring of the digraphs that match the list.<\/p>\n And you can see the digraph was underlined in each word as well.<\/p>\n You could also have them color the other matching pictures that are not on the list but have the same digraph.<\/p>\n These are great no-prep digraph printables. If you are not up for coloring, you can always dot marker the digraphs.<\/p>\n Let them find the digraph picture and dot it. And then use the dot marker to check out off. A simple way to change things up.<\/p>\n If you want to reuse these digraph I spy printable you can put them in sheet protectors<\/a> or laminate them.
