They are the same pack but for one is buffalo and one is bison. I wanted to have both options for kids to pick and choose from.<\/p>\n You have a buffalo acrostic poem and a bison acrostic poem. This lets you use both words that are in the book. You can point out that they were first called bison and change the buffalo later.<\/p>\n Bison<\/a> is a great book with more facts and information for kids to use with this activity.<\/p>\n Ranger Rick: I Wish I Was a Bison<\/a> is another fun book kids can read about bison. You can find more fact and information about bison in the book to use with the writing activity.<\/p>\n You will see ways to use these writing activities with kids.<\/p>\n You have space for writing two facts about bison or buffalo on the page. You can use any information in the book or have kids look up online. <\/p>\n After you write the facts you can then write a sentence with more information about the facts.<\/p>\n For each letter in the words you will find a line for kids to write. You will write a word that starts with that letter with information or words about the buffalo or bison.<\/p>\n then you pick one word to write a full sentence about below.<\/p>\n You can pick which writing activity works best for you.<\/p>\n Buffalo Painting<\/a> is a great painting activity you can do with the book Buffalo before Breakfast.<\/p>\n Iceberg Watercolor Painting<\/a> is a great iceberg painting activities that kids can make.<\/p>\n Model of the Phase of the Moon<\/a> with Midnight at the Moon.
