It can be used as a seasonal decoration around a house.<\/p>\n This fall leaf wreath craft is made with a paper plate, glitter leaves, glue, and watercolors. It is simple to set up and do with kids. You can see we used watercolors and that is because it dries pretty fast. <\/p>\n Dot markers also work really well. Once the wreath is painting you want to set it aside to dry a little bit.<\/p>\n Next we work on punching out the the leaves. You can do this ahead of time if you want but I find that kids love to use the craft punches.<\/p>\n You can see the size differences of the two punches that we have. You might be able to find larger sizes as well. All depends on what is available. <\/p>\n We use an inch maple leaf and a one and a half inch leaf punch<\/p>\n You want to make a mix of the leaves for kids to use on the wreath. You can see the different sizes of colors of the glitter cardstock that we used.<\/p>\n And a reminder you can do this in advance if you want.<\/p>\n You paint the big branches of the tree first. But remember kids can paint this how they want. It is a fun way to how they look on the plate.<\/p>\n After you have the big branches you paint smaller limbs on the tree. It is fun to see the tree come alive on the wreath. You can do as many small limbs as you want.<\/p>\n One you have the branches and limbs on you start gluing on the leaves on the wreath. This is fun to place the leaves around the different branches.<\/p>\n You can use as many leaves as you want. You can have single leaf or group the leaves together on the branches. Kids can do as many as they want.<\/p>\n In the end this should be their fun fall craft.<\/p>\n Fall Leaf Wreath Craft<\/a> are cute wreaths to make with fall leaves from oil pastels.
