<\/p>\n<\/div>\nThe 12 Free Kids Skip Counting Puzzles is a great addition to the skip counting printables<\/a> on the site.<\/p>\n The 12 Free Kids Skip Counting Puzzles is part of my subscriber library. You can subscribe to the newsletter<\/a> and get access to the password there. You will find it in the skip counting section on the subscriber freebie page. <\/p>\n Skip counting is working on adding the same number over and over. You have a pattern of adding or counting.<\/p>\n So if you skip counting by 3s, you have a pattern like, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 and so forth. These patterns can be repeated for many numbers.<\/p>\n Most often you skip count at least 12 times but you can skip counting more. <\/p>\n The kids skip counting puzzles has 12 different skip counting puzzle. Each puzzle works on skip counting by its own number from 1 to 12. So you have 12 total skip counting puzzles. Each puzzle skip counts 10 times.<\/p>\n You can see the two of the skip counting puzzles below. This helps them last longer. I like to laminate them before cutting them out.<\/p>\n Then I cut out the puzzles. I know that people have different options about how to do this. So do what is best for you.<\/p>\n Another part of preparing the puzzles is the puzzle mat. This is a printable mat that you can use to help build the puzzles on. It has the space for the 10 pieces.<\/p>\n I like to laminate the mat and then put wall putty<\/a> on it. This gives something for the puzzles to stick on.<\/p>\n You will see how to use the skip counting puzzle with kids.<\/p>\n You can see a way to set up a skip counting center. We have the skip counting bookmarks<\/a>, the skip counting mat and the skip counting puzzle you are using.<\/p>\n You don’t have to use the puzzle mat but I find it helps keep the puzzles in order.<\/p>\n You can see below how kids can build the skip counting puzzle on the mat. This is great because they have to find the starting number and each number after that.<\/p>\n Another way to set up the skip counting puzzle is to mix it up on the puzzle mat and then have kids put the puzzle in the correct order.<\/p>\n You can see we have the mixed up puzzle and the skip counting bookmarks<\/a> to use with the puzzle.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n The Zoo Skip Counting Puzzle Set<\/a> has 2 skip counting puzzles for each numbers from 1 to 12 with a zoo theme to make skip counting fun. Puzzles are a great learning tool and these are great for summer or zoo theme.<\/p>\n Winter Skip Counting by 2 Puzzle<\/a>. You have 4 puzzles to work on skip counting by 2. Each puzzle has a different numbers all the way up to 100!<\/p>\n The Frog Skip Counting by 3 Puzzles<\/a> has two skip counting by 3 puzzles for you to use with kids. They have ten pieces for each skip counting by 3 puzzle.<\/p>\n The Space Skip Counting by 5 Puzzles<\/a> is a fun one. I know that space can be used all year and this makes it fun to use. You can use 4 puzzles to keep learning those skip counting by 5. The puzzles skip count by 5 to 100.<\/p>\n I think that we often look for my fun ways of learning in the summer because the Summer Skip Counting Puzzle<\/a> is the third summer-themed puzzle.
