We did little lines down the plate. <\/p>\n You can do the glue for which works best for you. We found it best to only do little sections at a time.<\/p>\n Next you place the tissue paper on the glue on the paper plate wreath. You can let them place the tissue paper how they want. <\/p>\n Kids can place them a little around the wreath. <\/p>\n Kids can overlap the tissue paper.
