She also has a board book version called All Kinds of People<\/a><\/p>\n All People Are Beautiful<\/a> is a great book about diversity and acceptance in a colorful way. Each page is full the different types of colors, hair, sizes, and more. You will love to see all the different people and how beautiful they are.<\/p>\n Brown: The Many Shades of Love<\/a> is another great book that looks that the different shades you can find skin color. If you purchase via the links we may earn a small commission<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n You can see the steps below that we used to make the hand wreath craft.<\/p>\n You start by tracing the hand cookie cutter<\/a> on the paper. You can use any of the papers but the lighter paper works best.<\/p>\n Next you will cut a square around the hand. You use binder clips to keep all five colors of paper together.<\/p>\n Then you cut out the hands. This way allows you to cut out 5 hands at one time. This is easy to prepare several hands for the craft in advance.<\/p>\n As you cut you move the binder clips around to make space to keep cutting and keeping the papers together while cutting.<\/p>\n You can see how all five hands look on each of the papers.<\/p>\n You can also do with by tracing each child hand and letting them cut out the their handprints for the wreath.<\/p>\n You can do the version that works best for you.<\/p>\n After you have the hands cut you you then place them around the wreath. You want to make sure you have all five colors on the wreath. We found about hands per wreath worked best.<\/p>\n After they are placed around, you can glue them in place.
