And you can do one paint per paper plate.<\/p>\n We like to put the paint in an oval shape on the plate to make it easier to spread the paint on the edges of the cookie cutter.<\/p>\n You place that cookie cutter in the paint and spread the paint around.<\/p>\n Next you want to take the mitten cookie cutter that you just put paint on and then stamp it on the paper.<\/p>\n After you stamp the cookie cutter, you can lift it up and look at what the shape looks like on the paper.<\/p>\n You can see that you have the shape of a mitten on the paper. And know this that not every mitten might be complete or different levels of paint around the mitten.<\/p>\n You want to keep stamping mittens on the paper. And kids might be able to do a few stamps before they need to go back for more paint.<\/p>\n And let them decide how many or what colors they will use.<\/p>\n You can do lots of different colors for this. We went with blue, purple, pink and cyan. But you could use any colors you want.<\/p>\n You can see how fun all the colors lock on the paper. And you can still see each mitten.<\/p>\n Remember it is okay if kids just do one color, or they just tamp a few mittens.
