And this is great for the holidays.<\/p>\n You can see below a simple set up for the gingerbread man game. We are use a die, green tree<\/a>, and red glass gems. You are going to use the die for rolling and moving around the outside of the game board. And then the Christmas tree for keeping trace of where you are. And the glass gems to cover the numbers you land on.<\/p>\n If you need a die, you can find a folding number dice<\/a> on the site you can use.<\/p>\n You are going to roll the die and then move that many spaces around the game board. Then you are going to count the gumdrop the gingerbread man has. Then you cover that number in the middle of the game board. There are going to be and least two of each number below.<\/p>\n You are going to repeat the play above until you have covered four of the numbers in a row. This may take a while or not at all. You can see a completed game below.<\/p>\n You can do this game with two players instead of just one. You use two colors for the glass gems and two colors for the trees. Kids each take a turn and go around the board until one of them has 4 in a row. This is super fun for group learning.<\/p>\n You can also use dot markers<\/a> on the game. This is a great way to see what numbers kids landed on and marked off on the game.
