What is Skip Counting?<\/h2>\n

Skip counting is counting forward or backward by a number other than 1.<\/p>\n

So that would be like skip counting by 2 and you would have the numbers 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 etc.<\/p>\n

A lot of skip counting is also part of repeat addition and multiplication.<\/p>\n

You skip count four times by two 2, 4, 6, 8. You get eight as the ending number. It is the same as 2+2+2+2=8 or 2\u00d74=8.<\/p>\n
