With BOB Books Set 4 being about blends I thought it would be fun to put some Blends 3 Part Cards out!

The Blend 3 Part Cards match up with the Blends Play Dough Mats, Blends Word Ladders and the Blends Wall Cards.
I love having 3 part cards to use. It is a fun learning tool that can be used with lots of different ages. I wish when I started a lot of my learning I had used more of them. These are fun for matching cards, and many other kinds of games. I have used them for playing Old Maid with the girls. They have to say a blend after they get the card. It is tons of fun! I might use one of the cards with just the blend for the Old Maid.

Hi. What would you guys do with these 3 part cards (besides the game)? My son is doing blends and would benefit from extra practice. 🙂
You can do matching with them. I have my oldest get a card and write a word that starts with the blend. I do use them with my youngest daughters to start to learn the blends. You could check out some of the other blend activities that I have on the site.
