We have been working on fun ways practice our multiplication math facts. There are so many ways to do this. We have been working on flash cards and spinning multiplication. They have both been fun to do. At my house, the girls just love to do the roll and cover activities.
By adding this one element it makes their learning fun and not always a chore to do the extra math work. This set has a fun Zoo theme to it.
There are twelve different animals on each page. This gives them something fun to look at as well. Zoo has always been a fun theme at our house. Each page has 12 numbers that will match up to the equations for the number they are working on. We have been using a 12 sided dice for our rolling. But if you don’t have one there is a spinning chart in the set. You could also use the flash cards as well.
There is an equations on the side to fill out as you do the numbers. So you know what numbers you have done and which you have left to do. We have been using either dot markers or glass gems to cover the spots. We do then a few times in sheet protectors before we use the dot markers. This allows us to use them several times.
