There is a second set of puzzles with numbers that go from 1 to 110 with each color having a different set of numbers. These puzzles are great for older kids in kindergarten working on numbers past 10.

Ways to Use the Color 10 Piece Puzzle Printables
You will see how we prepare and use the color 10 piece puzzles with kids.
Preparing Color Puzzles
You are going to want to print the color puzzles on cardstock. This help the puzzle last longer. You can also laminate the puzzles. You can do this one puzzle at a time or all at once if you now you will use them all. We do this a lot to use the puzzles year after year.
You can laminator the puzzle and then cut the puzzle out or cut the puzzle out and then laminate. Do what is best for your laminator.

There is also a puzzle mat. These are use for kids to build the puzzle on the mat. You can see we laminated the page on cardstock and then we use wall putty on both sides of the lines. This helps keep the puzzles on the math as kids build the puzzle. And you can use these mats on all the 10 piece puzzles on the site.
Building the Color Puzzle on Puzzle Mat
You can see below how we use the puzzle mat and the color puzzles in a learning center. You can see we have put the puzzle pieces in order. Kids press the puzzle on to the top and bottom of the mat. Then they build the puzzle with out worry about the pieces of the puzzle moving around.
This is great for kids who get frustrated by pieces that move around as they are building the puzzles.
Building Color puzzle With Mats
You can see below that you can build the puzzle without the mat. And people do this all the time. You can see how fun it is to count from 1 to 10 and build the color puzzle. A fun way to work on colors and number order.
These are great for learning centers with kids.
Now you can do either puzzle and you can challenge older kids to do the number puzzles with the higher numbers. You can use the number bookmarks to help number order for the higher numbers.
