We have always loved the dot marker pages. They are fun and easy to use and so flexible in how you can use them. They are great for building fine motor control.
Today I have some free shape dot marker pages to help kids learn their shapes and get some fine motor work in as well.
Each page has circles that make up the shape on the page. You can see the shape the dots make. The shape word is below the shape. These are simple no-prep pages that are easy to use.
You can see an example of what one of the pages looks like and how we set it up to use them. You have the page and a dot marker.

Things to use with the Shape Dot Marker Printables

or bingo daubers
- playdough
- clear glass gems
- clear counters

- sheet protectors
- mini erasers
Wasy to use the Shape Dot Marker Printables
The most basic way to use these is to use a dot marker on them. If you dont have them paint and a circle foam brush work just fine.

I love to reuse these pages in centers so a lot of time I will laminate the page and give them objects to put in the circles. I use glass gems a lot but you could use seasonal mini erasers as well. We get a lot of our erasers at Target. We had fun making a pattern around the square.

If you don’t want to laminate but still want to keep the page hands-on you could put it in a sheet protector. I store loads of our printables this way. Once you have the page in the sheet protector you can use playdough
balls on the circles. Great for fine motor and sensory work together.
