Free 2014 Planets Calendar Set

The next calendar theme is Planets. This is something we are going to be studying at the start of November so I thought it would be fun to have a calendar to go with our Space theme. This also goes nicely with the Space Pack that is on the site. I am using different images for this calendar set but it can still work together.

I did want to have some fun with this calendar set. It has two different types one with a white background and the other background is black. I made both because I know not everyone will want to print that much black!

There are always many ways to use the calendar cards. Don’t forget to check out the Different Ways to Use calendar Cards. This is some fun ways you can use the cards without using a calendar pocket chart.

I said there was a few different kinds of for this calendar set. The pattern set has the sun, Earth and the moon. It is in an ABC pattern.

This is what the black background looks like:

For the random I usually do 6 images repeated but for this I did 9 images repeated through the calendar. All the plants plus the sun. (No Pluto is not in the calendar set).

Here is a look at the white background. You can see the first 6 images.

I’m a bit confused… are these a calendar with a planetary theme or are the dates that have certain planets on them when they can be seen most clearly in the sky? When I saw “Planet Calendar,” I assumed that meant the latter, but this seems to be just basic math and motor skills. Am I missing something? Sorry to be so dense. 🙁

It is a school calendar set with a planetary theme. These are similar to the rest of the calendar sets that I make for schooling kids. You have fun pattern themes for kids to learn. This set has two series one set with an ABC pattern which is noted in the description and one with all the planets on it. This is a fun set to use with kids. They are usually set for 2 month time period.

This has nothing to do with when planets are in the sky. This is just fun calendar Cards to use with kids.
