Fun to Read March 2018 Book Finds

Picture books are something you use well beyond preschool and kindergarten. We love books and my girls are older. We always look for picture books ever time we are in the bookstore or library.

This month I have a collection of some of our favorite books we read during the month. Now that everyone is reading we all take turns reading the picture books. It is great for building reading skills. We have so much fun doing it.

Plus no matter what you read it is important to read!

Old MacDonald’s Things That Go is one for those that love cars and trucks! My youngest just loves all of those things we had so much fun reading and singing with the book! You have a digger, fire truck, boat and more in the book.

Paint Me a Picture is a fun color book. I love the creative picture and description of the colors. You get to see all the fun ideas to do. Every color has its own page. We had fun reading the book.

Hidden Dangers: Seek and Find 13 of the World’s Deadliest Animals is a great book about animals and dangers you might not know! I love how it talks about each of the animals and why they are dangerous. We love animal books at out house.

Red Again is a wordless book about a boy who finds a red book and looks inside. He starts to read the book about a boy on the ocean who finds a book. It is fun to how the story develops into them seeing each other and finding each other.

Pillowland is a creative story about bed time and great imagination about pillowland. I love the creative words using the describe a world made with pillows.

The Library Book is about a rainy day when someone goes to the library to see what they will find. I love how the stories come alive from the books and follow her around the library.
