How we made the Party Watercolor Painting
You can see the steps below that we used to make the party watercolor painting.
Place the Party Cookie Cutter on the Watercolor Paper
You start by placing one of the cookie cutters anywhere on the paper. It matter where the cookie cutter is placed.
You can see that we started with the party hat first.
Hold the Party Cookie Cutter and Paint Inside
You want to hold the cookie cutter in place. This is great for finger fine motor work. You can hold the outside or on top of the cookie cutter.
You can see we are holding the outside and a little on the top of the cookie cutter.
Then you use watercolor paints and paint inside the cookie cutter. You can use any color you want for this watercolor painting.
Look the the Party Hat on the Paper
After you have finished painting with the first cookie cutter, you lift up the cookie cutter and look at the painting you made. It is fun to see the picture you make with the cookie cutter.

Keep Painting Confetti, Balloons and Party Hats
After you have started keep painting. You can do one cookie cutter at a time or mix the cookie cutters up.
You can see how as you keep painting to make as amazing picture. And this is great for kids of all ages to do. And super simple.
But remember this is their painting and if they do a few that is okay. If they over lap paintings that is okay.
