Rain & Umbrella Themed Spring Pack For PreK & Kindergarten

Spring has so many great themes to work with. I know that the theme of rain has always been one that people have asked about. I’m always getting more requests for it.

And today I have a fun rain and umbrella themed pack with loads of activities like fun prewriting, shapes, ABCs, numbers, easy reader books and more! A lot of different and fun activities to meet the needs of several learning styles.

There is a mix of hands-on and no-prep for kids to use.

I always love coming up with new mixes of activities for kids to learn with. I took some of the most popular and requested ideas and put them in a fun pack. I know that I’m always getting more requests for activities for each season. And I love making the activities for the seasons.

There are some basic prewriting, what comes next and which is different activities for kids to do. They are all no-prep which just means you print and use them.

The set also includes some no-prep shape tracing pages, easy reader book, and shape sorting activity. Each of these is fun to work together or separate. The shapes include circle, square, triangle, rectangle, oval, star, heart, rhombus, crescent, hexagon, pentagon and octagon.

You have a hands-on pattern activity and a color the umbrella pattern activity. You can pick to do a hands-on and make the patterns on the cards or do the coloring activity that has examples of crayon colors for them to use.

There are ABC activities in the set as well. It included ABC sorting with tracing for uppercase, lowercase and together. Then you have the beginning sounds of rain themed words to work on: R, U, P, S. You can do a coloring page or a tracing page.

It also has two fun no-prep pages for kids to do. They can dot the missing ABC or they can fill in the missing letters.

There is a spring weather easy reader book in the set. It has words like rain, cloudly, sun and rainbow for kids to read about. There are single pages or easy reader book options for this.

You are going to find a fun collection of number activities: number coloring pages, easy reader book, Dot the missing number, dot the matching ten frame number, fill in the missing numbers, and count and color.

There are also some puzzles. You have 1 to 4, 1 to 10, skip counting by 2 and 10. I love using puzzles for learning activities.

The set also includes some addition and subtraction activities. You have a few no-prep pages to work different ways of addition and subtraction.

You are also going to find some fun CVC no-prep activities that have a spinner for making CVC words and one for matching rhyming words. These are super fun to do.

You are also going to find a hands-on matching activity with recording sheet. It has several different CVC endings and it is a great way to work on making words.

There is also a fun CVC & CCVC book with the ending of -op. It is a great way to work on op words with a fun spring theme.
