5 Hay Fill Days of Scarecrow Fun!

Every now and then I run across a theme that I’ve not done and it is ones I really want to do. And it noticed a lot of people looking for a scarecrow theme and I thought why not have some fun with it.

There are so many fun themes, but scarecrows is a great one because it is one that can be used all of the fall and not just and the start middle or end.

I can’t wait to get the week started.

Day 1:
Scarecrow Skip Counting by 5s Easy Reader Book is a fun easy reader book with with counting by 5 12 times. You can see how easy it is for kids to see the numbers go up.

Day 2:
Scarecrow Themed CVC Unscramble the Word is a fun task cards set that works on CVC words to unscramble. There are 2 sets of cards to use with two matching worksheets and a thrid sheets for just using the cards in any order.

Day 3:
Scarecrow Adding Doubles Mini Set is a great way to work on adding doubles. It has hands-on mats, matching cards and easy no-prep pages to use. You can also use the hands-on mat to add up to 20 if you want.

Day 4:
Scarecrow CVCe No-Prep Worksheet has several CVCe words for kids to decode and then write. They also write a rhyming CVCe. This is a fun no-prep worksheet for kids to use.

Day 5:
Scarecrow Place Value Puzzles is a fun hands on puzzles with two levels of learning for tens and ones and thousands, hundreds, tens and ones. A fun way to work on place value.
