As kids get older they enjoy the themed work as much as the younger kids do. But that often don’t have as much. I thought it would be fun to add in some fun multiplication for kids to work on.
I made this so we could have fun working on multiplication and doing our ocean themed month. The ocean is one of our favorite themes for the summer and some during the year as well. Sharks are a favorite theme as well.
These Shark Themed Array Printables is a part of the 5 Days of Ocean Printables.
I know that a lot of people love the array cards that I did for spring. I had loads of request for something like that but in a worksheet format. So here it is worksheet format with arrays with a fun ocean theme.
The shark themed array printables are great for working on building the equations. There are 6 problems per page. I set them up with the multiplication booksmarks as a help if they need it.
Each problem was made so that you have variations of numbers for 1 to 12. The sharks are set up in rows that make them easy to count. So there might be five groups of seven. You would write 5 x 7 = 35 on the paper.
What you will find in these printables:
- 2 pages of shark array math
- 6 arrays per page
- Uses multiplication 1 to 12
