How we made the Fall Tree Button Craft
You will see the steps below that we used to make the fall tree button craft.
Step 1: Paint the Tree Truck with Watercolors
You are going to start with painting the tree trunk. You can see we used watercolors for this painting. And if you want to skip this step you can use the fall dot marker tree in place of this.

Step 2: Paint Branches In the Tree
Next you are going to work on a few branches in the tree. Some of the branches might show throw with the buttons. And it gives you an idea of how big the tree will be.

Step 3: Put Glue At the top of the Trunk
After the tree is finished you can start but putting glue at the top of the tree. You can do swirls around for all the places that you are going to put the buttons on.
And know that if you need more glue later that is okay.

Step 4: Place the Buttons on the Glue
The next step is placing the buttons on the glue. We have a mix of sizes of buttons and this is super fun to do with kids. And you can see the how easy it is to place the buttons on the tree.
It does not matter where you place the buttons on the tree when you start.

Step 5: Keep Putting Button on the Glue
And just keep adding buttons until you are happy with how the tree turns out.
Remember to let kids be creative with this project. They can do this how every they want and no two trees should look the same.
