Preparing Halloween Paper Strips
You want to cut up your Halloween paper into 1 inch strips. You can use a paper cutter or just use scissors. we cut our paper in one inch strips. The paper cutter makes this really easy to do.

Then we cut the paper into 3 inch strips. You can do larger sizes as well. You could also give this to kids to cut into small strips for those working on cutting with scissors.

You can see the steps below that we used to make the Halloween Paper wreath craft.
Step 1: Put Glue on the Paper Plate
You are going to start with putting glue on the paper plate. You can do just art of the paper plate or all the paper plate.
Step 2: Place the Halloween Paper on the Glue
Next you are going to place the cut up paper on the glue on the paper plate. You can do this by placing the paper on the center of each strip or the edge.
Left kids decide where they are going to place the paper.

Step 3: Repeat Steps 1 & 2 with Glue and Paper on the Wreath
You are going to repeat steps one and two with kids. You want to put Halloween paper around the whole wreath.
As they are adding more paper it is okay if they don’t loo straight on the paper or if they don’t follow a paper. Let kids make this their own wreath.
