We really did like the last several rolling math games that I made. The farm was a huge hit at my house. Today I’m surprising my girls with something fun. I got up super early to make them a Roll an Apple Tree activity.
This is similar to the other ones I have made with the following themes: farm, monster, Easter and Christmas tree . It is fun to have my girls all doing the same activity together but at different levels.
This printable was made to go with the Apple Activities Pack.
This Roll an Apple Tree has 3 levels: Counting, Addition, and multiplication. This allows for different age levels to use the same printable.
The Roll an Apple Tree will work great with one or two dice or/and 6 sided double dice. I really love using the 6 sided double dice so that they only have to do one roll. Plus they love to see what the small die number is.
If you don’t have a die you can print off one in the Free Writing Practice Number Printable. They are very easy to put together.
One thing I like about this activity is that I put loads of apples for kids to do. So you can roll the same number or numbers many times! This allows for lots of dice rolls and makes math fun. To help keep track of the math rolls I have two tracking sheets: addition and multiplication.
This set also includes the Roll and Tally. It is another way kids can keep track of their dice rolls.
