We have been loving the different math puzzles for skip counting. I thought it would be fun to have some another math subject: fractions.
Puzzles are a fun hands-on way to learn different concepts. We have loved learning with them. And now we have fractions with a garden theme. These are hands-on and easy to use!
This printable is a part of the 6 Days of Garden Themed Printables.
My girls have always loved learning with puzzles. It has been fun to add puzzles into their learning. It makes the learning hands on and works on them putting the fractions in the correct order.
I know that my girls have loved having different themes for the last few years to work on different concepts.
Each of the fraction puzzles is vertical. The puzzles have the fractions on the right side and the picture they are making on the left. I laminate each of the puzzles. This makes the puzzles last longer.
You are going to find fractions for the following numbers: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10.

All the puzzles fit in the same space so they work great for building and comparing the fractions. You can build the fractions together to see the differences in the sizes.

I love to mix up the puzzle and give it to them to figure out how it should fit on the page. As they make the puzzles I ask them what fraction they put down.

What you will find in these printables:
- 7 pages of puzzles
- Fractions for numbers: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10
- One puzzle per page and all fill the page
Check out all the printables from the 6 Days of Garden Themed Printables.
