January 2015 Book Finds

Another month has come and gone. We have found so many new books we loved it was hard to just pick a few of them to share. This is a mix of library and books we bought. There are so many new and wonderful books to find when you look for them.

The collection of this months is really mixed. We had some dinosaur, wordless, art and more. Each of the books is fun and would go great with various themes as well.

January 2015 Book Finds: wordless, dinosaur, art, and jack & the beanstalk - 3Dinosaurs.com

Dinosaur Farm is a fun one at our house. We still love to read dinosaur books years later. This is a great book for about a farmer with a dinosaur farm and that tasks that he does each day. We had fun looking at all the different pictures.

This book would go great with the Dinosaurs Pack.

Rudy and Claude Splash Into Art is a really fun book for learning about everyone does art differently. I love that you see the development of the art from the two characters and see that is okay to do your own art your own way.

Gigantosaurus is a great book about learning repetitive sounds. There are a lot of dinosaurs you can learn as well. You must learn all the sounds the Gigantosaurus!

This book would also go great with the Dinosaurs Pack.

Ah Ha! is a great two word book! I love reading these books to my girls! How many ways can you say those two words and have it match with the book!

A Bean, a Stalk and a Boy Named Jack is a great retell of the classic story of Jack and the Beanstalk! We had a lot of fun with this one. The stinky toe was the girls favorite part!

This would also be fun with the Jack and the Beanstalk pack

Fox’s Garden (Stories Without Words) is s great wordless book. I love these kinds of books because you can create your own story and words for the adventure. So just what is the fox doing? What do you see on the page? My girls all love to look through this book.

What new books did you find this month?
