We read the book Snow by Uri Shulevitz. We counted the snow flakes as they started to fall. Afterwards we made two types of snowflakes.
What you need: blue or black paper, white paint, lids, and snowflake.

Mary started stamping the page.

She did not want any snowflakes to over lap at first. She counted out 6 snowflakes.

After she got done stamping she wanted to paint with her hands. So we made snowflakes out of hand prints.

The Final Products.

She really planned each project out! I love both of them. This post will be shared on the Read.Explore.Learn. Facebook page tomorrow.
Thanks for sharing. She had a lot of fun doing it.
