Sequencing is a great way to work on the order of events with kids. I thought for Christmas this year I would make fun mini Nativity sequencing set that you can use with your kids.
This set can be used for many different ages and use it in different ways. You have clip cards, 3 part cards, and writing.
The Nativity Sequencing Printable is a great addition to your Christmas season.
I wanted to do something fun for younger and older kids and you can do that with a few simple things. The nativity sequencing set is simple and easy to use.
How to Use the Printables in the Nativity Sequencing
The clip cards can be cut up or left together. We left them together and use paper clips or clothes pins on them. Both are great for fine motor skills.
After you have done the clip cards you can use the second set of cards to see if you did the order correctly. These cards could also be cut up and used as 3 part cards.
Then you can do a writing activity based on the clip cards or the cards altogether. They can write sentences about what is happening on each card. Or you could use the cards and the Nativity bookmarks to help out.
The last page in the set is a cut and paste activity where you put the pictures in order. This could be a nice follow up to the clip cards.
Here are some book suggestions to use with this set:
What you will find in the free printables:
- Clip Cards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th
- Writing Page for first, second, third, fourth
- Cut and Paste Pictures for 1, 2, 3, 4
If you are looking for more Christmas Printables be sure to check out all of them on the site!
