Ways to Use the Money Bookmarks Printable
You are going to see a few ways to use these money bookmarks with kids. A lot of these activities are done with the coins bookmarks but these can be done with the dollar ones as well.
Set Up A Money Sorting Activity
You can give kids a little container of coins for them to sort or find. You can do one bookmark at a time. They would find all the pennies the first time. On another day they can find all of the other coins.

You can give them a pile of coins and have them sort to each of the bookmarks. You can see the different front and back of the coins while you are sorting the coins.
Comparing Different Coins
You can use the bookmarks to compare how many of one coin to reach another. You can see the nickel and quarter here. You could also talk about how the dime can’t make equal the same amount like a quarter without a nickel.
You could also do this with how many coins to equal a dollar.
