For the Poppin Book Nook we read Along a Long Road by Frank Viva. It was a fun book about a ride along with a bike. We really enjoyed the simple scenes and fun interactions.

What you need: black paper, white squares, pencil and white crayon.

First they drew the buildings using the white crayons on the black paper.

They glued on their windows. Each wanted to pick out the something different for their window patterns.

They drew pictures on the windows. After putting the windows they really wanted to draw people and other things in them.

The final product.

Here are some Travel/Transportation books that you can check out. Yes, there are some older books in this list.
Now check out the other Bloggers that are apart of the Poppins Book Nook.

Their pictures turned out pretty cute!
Looks like a lot of fun 🙂
I love the black and white aspect of their projects. It’s such a fun contrast.
