Clover Sorting by Size & Color

I love to do simple sorting activities with Mary. She does really well with them. When I can use foam stickers of something hands on it makes it more fun. We did two activities with clover foam stickers: Sorting by Size and Sorting by Color.

What you need: paper, marker, and clover foam stickers (6 of each size). Write Small, Medium, and Large on the paper.

Review what is small, medium, and large. I let Mary have fun sorting her clovers.

Mary sorted 3 different green colors right after sorting by size.

What you need: paper, marker, and clover foam stickers (6 of each size). Put one of each color in a column on the paper.

We looked at the 3 different colors. We named them dark green, green and light green. Then Mary went about sorting them.

This was a simple but fun sorting and fine motor activity.
