Free Ocean Themed Writing Paper

June 8th is World Ocean Day and I thought what would be more perfect than some ocean themed writing paper. Writing is an important part of learning and having themed paper is lots of fun for kids.

I want to encourage my girls to write and paper just like this make it fun. There are two types one with lines and on with guild lines for the various ages in their writing. This allows those in kindergarten and first grade to have guide lines and older grades to have their single line.

Here are some fun ideas to use these writing pages:

• Write about what ocean animals you see at the top of the paper.
• Draw and write an ocean animal that you like.
• Print 2 pages per page and make a small book to take to an Aquarium and write about the ocean animals you see.
• Write about endanger ocean animals.
• Read an Ocean book like Mister Seahorse and write about the fish you see in the ocean.
